As part of your Setup Candidate Feedback you can provide appropiate defaults here for your organisation.
Available since March 7th, 2023rd
Turn on "Candidates can report feedback" option for new assessments
If an assessment author has the "Edit report feedback option" permission for assessments, this setting will provide the default value for the Candidates can report feedback option:
- On means opt-out; if the author does not disable it, Candidates can report feedback
- Off means opt-in; if the author does not enable it, Candidates can NOT report feedback
This setting does not enable candidate feedback itself
For that give authors the "Edit report feedback option" permission or they cannot enable the assessment option for candidates to leave feedback.

Email CC address for the announce action.
You can set a default email CC address here for the Announce Feedback action under Content Management.
This could for example be used if your organisation has a central shared inbox for authors or author management.
