Overview
The Insights component provides users with visual dashboards and graphs directly inside the Cirrus platform.
These reports are designed and maintained by Cirrus and are intended to provide quick access to commonly used statistics and trends.
Insights are available through the Reports area in Cirrus.
Insights Tabs
Depending on the subscription tier, the Insights component contains up to three separate reporting tabs.
1. Overview
The Overview tab provides high-level reporting and platform usage statistics.
Available graphs and metrics may include:
- Candidates number
- Total questions
- Number of assessments
- Average total score
- Time utilisation
- Pass rate

2. Psychometrics
The Psychometrics tab focuses on assessment quality and statistical analysis.
Available graphs and metrics may include:
- P vs RIT Value
- P vs RIR Value
- P vs Pass Rate

3. Candidates
The Candidates tab focuses on candidate participation and attempt analysis.
Available graphs and metrics may include:
- First Attempt vs Resit
- Average Score vs Attempt
- Top participants by total attempts

Available Filters
All Insights tabs support filtering options to help narrow down and analyse data more effectively.
Available filters include:
- Date Range
- Assessment
- Pass/Fail Status
- Exclude low-volume assessments
- Time Band
Key Characteristics
- Available directly within Cirrus depending on the subscription tier
- No setup or external tooling required
- Preconfigured by Cirrus
- Focused on standard reporting and visualisation
- Users cannot create or modify reports within Insights
Insights are intended for organisations that want immediate visibility into their data without needing separate BI tooling or technical setup.
Alongside the standard dashboards, Cirrus can work with your organisation to create custom reports tailored to your specific requirements.
These custom reports can be added directly to the Insights area within Cirrus.
