Unscheduling a schedule
If no candidate has started the exam, click Edit schedule settings and then Unschedule. This allows you to adjust certain settings while keeping the schedule.
If at least one candidate has started, the schedule cannot be unscheduled and settings cannot be changed. To minimise impact, consider archiving the schedule (see below) or removing remaining candidates.
Archiving
Archiving a schedule removes it from the candidate dashboard so no new candidates can access it. However, any candidate who has already started can continue their exam after the schedule is archived.
Schedules are automatically archived once the deadline has passed.
Deleting
Schedules can only be deleted if no candidate has started the exam. Schedules that have been started or have expired cannot be deleted.
Note: once a schedule has been used (exam data recorded against it), it can no longer be deleted. In such cases, archive the schedule instead.
