The Overview tab contains the Schedule Dashboard, which shows key details about the schedule and the steps required to activate it.
Schedule settings
This section displays the key settings entered when creating the schedule:
- Assessment (name)
- Number of candidates
- Start date and time
- End date and time
- Delivery method, such as Safe Exam Browser or Proctorio
- Pincode
Steps to take
The dashboard guides schedule creators through the setup process. A checklist on the right side of the screen shows the required steps:
- Give the schedule a name (completed during schedule creation)
- Select a hierarchy (completed during schedule creation)
- Select candidates
- Select invigilators (optional)
- Activate schedule
Each step must be completed before the next becomes available. For example, the Activate button is not available until all previous steps are complete.
