Once a candidate review schedule is activated, your options to update are very limited.

It is still possible to add/remove candidates from the review session. But changing the options is not possible anymore.

If none of the candidates used / started their review session, you can always 'Deactivate' the schedule and update anything you want.

Once fully deactivated you are able to adjust the options by clicking on the 3 vertical alligned dots on the top right side and click on 'settings'.

Don't forget to re-activate

Don't forget to activate the schedule again after updating your options.

In case one or more candidates started their review you cannot deactivate the session anymore.

We advise you to archive the candidate review session in case of an mistake and create a new one for the candidates that didn't used it yet.
