Cirrus offers a trashcan functionality which allows you to restore or permanently delete:
- Users
- Collections
- Assessments
When deleting user, collections or assessments in the Cirrus platform they will not be permanently deleted by the system.
Instead they will be quarantined in the Trash can for 30 days.
After 30 days you will be able to permanently delete users, collections, assessment.
Within the quarantine period and also after you will be able to restore this data by clicking on the 'restore' button.
Role permission
Users with the right to access Admin > Trash Can (usually this the System Administrators role only) are able to restore the users, at which point they will appear again under Admin > Users.
