The Coordinator Dashboard gives marking coordinators the tools to manage the marking process. This article describes the dashboard features for tracking assessor and moderator progress.
Navigation
Go to Marking → Coordinator → [Schedule title].

The coordinator is responsible for setting the marking workflow, assigning markers, and monitoring progress.
The dashboard provides the following tools:
To-do list

The To-do list on the right side guides you through the initial steps:
Schedule details view

The Details section provides an overview of key metrics:
- Forms used: When using fixed forms, multiple forms are possible.
- Questions to be manually marked: The total number of questions requiring manual marking. Auto-scored questions are not included.
- Number of candidates: The total number of candidates for this schedule.
- Number of assigned assessors: The number of allocated assessors for this schedule.
- Overall progress: The overall marking progress for this schedule.
Progress per assessor
This section lists all allocated assessors and their progress as a percentage.
A colour-coded legend indicates marking status:
- Dark blue: marked
- Light blue: to be marked
- Green: 100% complete
The coordinator can also check the last activity per assessor. If an assessor has been inactive for this schedule for some time, their name is shown in red. This is useful for contacting a marker when there is a deadline to meet.
Use the search option to find assessors and sort columns as needed.

Toggle scripts
Enabling the Scripts toggle changes the progress display from a percentage to the number of scripts (items or questions) marked.

Progress by rounds
Progress can also be tracked by marking round. Cirrus supports multiple rounds when configuring the marking workflow in the Settings tab. By default, only one assessor round is configured, but up to two assessor rounds and three moderation rounds are available.
Possible rounds:
- Assessor 1
- Assessor 2
- Moderation 1
- Moderation 2
- Moderation 3

Export results
Export results downloads the preliminary marking results in Excel format. The data reflects marking progress up to the point of download and is updated during the marking process.
These results are not final and reflect only marking progress up to the point of download.
Preliminary report example sheet .xlsx
The attached file shows an example of a preliminary report for a schedule with two markers and moderation configured.
If moderation is not activated, moderation columns will not appear in the report.
The Marking Progress Status column describes the current state of each question:

| 2nd Marking Complete | The second marker has completed marking |
| Moderation (1st Step Complete) | The first moderation step is complete |
