# Assessment Dashboard

### Assessment settings

The assessment dashboard is the **Overview** tab of your assessment setup. It shows key details about the assessment and the steps required to publish it.

#### Changing assessment settings

You can adjust these settings at any time.

- Click the three-dot menu in the top right of the overview page.
- Select **Settings**.
- A dialog window opens for you to edit the settings.

### Steps to take

This dashboard guides assessment creators through the setup process. The checklist contains all steps required to publish the assessment:

- **Give the assessment a name** (completed during [Step 1](/v1/docs/step-1-create-new-assessment))
- **Set options for the assessment** (see [Step 2](/v1/docs/step-2-assessment-options))
- **Select a pool of questions** (see [Step 3](/v1/docs/manual-question-selection))
- **Create forms** (see [Step 4](/v1/docs/step-4-forms))
- **Publish the assessment** (see [Step 5](/v1/docs/step-5-publish-assessment))
